Lochside House Guest Book

We had the most wonderful stay here over Christmas. The location is breathtaking and feels very peaceful. The accomodation looks exactly like the photos. Angela was responsive and sent helpful and clear instructions prior to our stay here. We could not recommend this spot more. There’s also a lovely cafe just a few minutes walk away. We will remember this Christmas for years to come.

It was an amazing place. It was a beautiful and quiet area. The stunning views from the window and cruise passed by Katerine Lake inftont of the apartment made this place more mesmerizing. We had trouble opening the lock box as it seemed old so it stucked and we couldn't open it but luckily this had been sorted out by Air bnb and a host in two hours as it was late at night. The cleaning was not as perfect as we were expecting. There should be fan in each room. There were lots of stairs to access the apartment but scenic views from top make it worth.<br/>Angela is a really nice host and very quick in responding. We loved staying in her place.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, remote part of Scotland. The house became the perfect meeting point for a group of friends who hadn’t been together in years — and it gave us the space to make new memories in a truly special setting.<br/>The location is stunning and peaceful, ideal for reconnecting and unwinding. The house itself is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and a great layout for group dinners and chats by the fire.<br/>That said, some of the furnishings are a little dated, and we found the pillows quite uncomfortable. A few extra lamps in the living room would also help create a cosier, more homely atmosphere in the evenings.<br/>Overall, a lovely spot for a getaway — and one we’ll remember fondly.

Lovely, spacious property. very family friendly. Great location to explore Loch Katrine and Trossachs.

Logement superbe avec vue sur le lac. Situation au top pour être au calme et pouvoir profiter du lac. Chambres très confortable. Cuisine bien équipée. <br/>Nous étions 5 et c'était parfait. Promenade à faire aux alentours. Loch Lomond proche.
